Overview
We have a 24hrs facility of blood storage which provides not only whole blood but also blood components like packed red cells, fresh frozen plasma, platelet rich plasma, platelet concentrate, and cryoprecipitate. We procure the blood and blood components from mother A.H Wadia situated at our main branch on Sassoon Road, Pune.
The blood bank also provides single donor platelets that is Apheresis platelets to the patients. To collect and process the blood into the above components it has a well-equipped blood bank with the component separator laboratory and apheresis unit. The unit also has a testing lab with the latest equipment to test the blood for various diseases.
